Shipping Policy

Important Notice
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to receive research chemicals in your jurisdiction. ReGen ships from Oklahoma, USA. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify the legality of receiving these products in their state, territory, or country.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
Cold-Chain Packaging
All peptides and temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with cold-shield packaging and ice packs to preserve molecular integrity during transit. We are not responsible for degradation caused by extended shipping delays outside our control.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout. Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $200.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to a U.S. address.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. ReGen is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or customs holds.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees. Refunds will not be issued for products that were returned due to delivery failure caused by inaccurate buyer information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@regenlabs.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
