General Policy

Due to the nature of research chemical products and strict quality control protocols, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products once shipped. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our supply chain and prevent contamination or tampering.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at regenpeptides1@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion via replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at regenpeptides1@gmail.com. After processing has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

No Returns for Regulatory Reasons

We cannot accept returns of research chemicals for regulatory and safety compliance reasons. Returned products cannot be restocked or resold. If you have a concern about a product, please reach out before placing your order.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing other remedies.
